Ingredients

60 g Wholemeal flour
60 g Butter
¹⁄₂ tsp Salt
¹⁄₂ tsp Sugar
¹⁄₂ tsp Bicarbonate of soda
60 ml Boiling water
225 g Oats

Instructions

Cream butter, sugar, salt, bicarb and flour
Slowly add the water
Add oats
Roll out and use a cutter to make 12 biscuits
Bake for 20 minutes
