Chop and fry then put to one side
- 1 Onion
- 3 clove Garlic
- 2 Chillies
Fry in the left over oil from the onion, then add the onion garlic and chilli back in
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Add to the above ingredients and cook for 20 mins
- 1 cup Red lentils
- 1 can Chopped tomatoes
- 4 cup Vegetable Stock
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Serve with
- Natural yoghurt
