  1. Sieve 115g (4oz) of plain flour into a large mixing bowl

  2. Add the two eggs into the mixing bowl along with a small splash of milk, then mix them with the flour until a smooth paste is formed.

  3. Add another small splash of milk and mix the batter until it is completely incorperated, then repeat this until all the milk has been added.
