Instructions

Mix hot water and cocoa powder

Add all other ingredients and mix
-
Divide into two 8" sandwich tins
-
Bake 25-30 mins at 160C

Cool
Finishing
-
Spread warm apricot jam to seal base and top
-
Mix chocolate and cream in a bain marie then allow to cool until it starts to firm
-
Spread as a filling and topping
-
Keep cool
