Pancake batter

Instructions

  1. Sieve flour

  2. Add beaten eggs and mix to a smooth paste. Use the spoon against the side of the bowl to break up any lumps.

  3. Beat with a whisk to remove any lumps

  4. Slowly add the milk

  5. Cover and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes

  6. Give a quick whisk

  7. Spoon into a hot frying pan and cook once on each side until browned
