Add beaten eggs and mix to a smooth paste. Use the spoon against the side of the bowl to break up any lumps.

Beat with a whisk to remove any lumps

Slowly add the milk

Cover and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes

Give a quick whisk

Spoon into a hot frying pan and cook once on each side until browned
