Mix the sourdough starter, water, flour, and salt in a mixer/mixing bowl.
3 Leave the mix for an hour, then fold it. Repeat this two more times.
4 Shape the dough, then leave it to rise for 4-5 hours.
5 Put the dough in the fridge overnight.
6 Bake it for 45 minutes in a cast iron pot/iron former at 220°c with a lid.
7 Remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes at 180°c, then remove the bread from the oven and leave it to cool.
