Bread – King Arthur Sour Dough

First, feed the sourdough starter and leave it to grow for 4 hours

Mix the sourdough starter, water, flour, and salt in a mixer/mixing bowl.

Leave the mix for an hour, then fold it. Repeat this two more times.

Shape the dough, then leave it to rise for 4-5 hours.

Put the dough in the fridge overnight.

Bake it for 45 minutes in a cast iron pot/iron former at 220°c with a lid.

Remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes at 180°c, then remove the bread from the oven and leave it to cool.
