Mix flour, salt, yeast, oil and 200ml of water
2 Mix then kneed for 5 minutes
3 Slowly add the remaining water
4 Leave in an oiled plastic tub to rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
5 Gently turn it out and divide into two
6 Leave to rise again for 30 minutes
7 Bake at 220C for 25 minutes
