Mix flour, salt, yeast, oil and 200ml of water

Mix then kneed for 5 minutes

Slowly add the remaining water

Leave in an oiled plastic tub to rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours

Gently turn it out and divide into two

Leave to rise again for 30 minutes

Bake at 220C for 25 minutes
