Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and mix into the flour and salt

  2. Add whisked egg

  3. Add enough milk to make a firm dough

  4. Divide into 6 or 8

  5. Flatten and add to the top of a stew

  6. Cook for 20 minutes with the lid on at 180C

  7. Cook for a further 10 minutes with the lid off
