Add remaining milk, may not need it all so add it slowly until it forms a nice dough
6 Kneed and when nearly finished, incorporate the fruit
7 Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour
8 Divide into 12 and put on a greased baking tray
9 Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour
10 Mix up the topping and pipe in crosses
11 Cook in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes @ 200/190C
