Mix eggs, vanilla and corn flour in a bowl and whisk until fully combined
5 Add milk and cream mixture half at a time while whisking. Then put back into pan over low heat and keep whisking until it thickens
6 slowly add syrup mixture without cinnamon stick
7 Roll pastry and lice into 12 rounds
8 Squish into greased muffin tin
9 Fill cases and bake for 20 mins
