Ciabatta

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, yeast, oil and 200ml of water

  2. Mix then kneed for 5 minutes

  3. Slowly add the remaining water

  4. Leave in an oiled plastic tub to rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours

  5. Gently turn it out and divide into two

  6. Leave to rise again for 30 minutes

  7. Bake at 220C for 25 minutes
