Preheat oven 180C/160C

Mix peanut butter and sugar in a mixer for 2 mins

Slowly add the egg and vanilla while mixing, then add the bicarb

Divide into 12 and roll into balls

Gently squash with a fork to cross hatch

Bake for 9 mins
